| Can we have a trial period? |
| We encourage all families to try us out for two weeks during which time we will
make assessments. At the end of the two weeks we will decide along with the
child and parents the best course of action.

| How many Children per tutor? |
| We have a maximum of 7 Children per adult though most of our groups contain 5
or 6 children. Each group of children has their own classroom so they have
plenty of space and it is quiet. |

| Each session is 2 hours long, an hour of Literacy and an Hour of Numeracy |

| Do you follow the School curriculum? |
| We follow the national Literacy and Numeracy strategy. We choose those
objectives that will benefit the child most or is best taught in small groups
rather than in larger classes at school |

| We only teach Literacy and Numeracy |

| How much does it cost? |
| The price of each session is an average of £16 a week if you pay monthly and £15 a week if you pay for the term. |

| What if my child is sick and we have already paid? |
| If your child misses a session we make a note and will re-invite the child to
make up the time. Most parents send their children for the extra session the
following week. |

| Do the students get homework? |
| Each child will get an hour of Literacy and an hour of Numeracy each week. We
expect it to be completed and returned so we can check for mistakes and plan
for there next session. |

| We will provide everything they need. They can bring along a drink and a snack if they require one. |
